Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was nothing short of fabulous! Everything from the room to the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Lucas who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Made some great memories!

Great stay - we would come back
The service was excellent.. from the moment we stepped into the Ritz the hospitality was evident. We received good recommendations on what to do around the city from Luca on our first day and the warmth hospitality carried right through the day we left. Sadly we don’t have all the names of all staff who greeted us.

- • The area outside the Ritz had a funny smell when it rained particularly- not sure what is the issue but this disappeared as soon as you entered the ground floor

Excellent stay. Would certainly come back again.
Location was fantastic. Hotel had a professional staff who always had a smile on their face and were quite proactive in helping out the guests. I also enjoyed the food especial their sichuan pizza which is a blend of east & west.

The hotel meets the expected and justifies the level of service and amenities.
Expected level of service. Condition of the room and common areas. View from a high floor of the city. Spacious room. Lovely panoramic pool and relaxation area.

- • With the declared reservation of 2 adults + a 13-year-old child, an additional bed for the latter was provided for an additional fee. Deception with pricing: the hotel initially accepted the number of guests, but they do not match the number of beds.
A good hotel
The hotel is an hour away from the airport. The traffic is quite intense. It is a colonial-style hotel, seeming a bit dated perhaps only for the style. Our room was very large, really very pleasant, with a view in both the toilet area and the shower. Beautiful. The service was not excellent: at check-in there were some language difficulties. Fortunately, we met a compatriot who works at the hotel who supported us during our two-day stay. Our room, at 1430, had not been remade. Apart from these things, it is still a great hotel. From Italy, I booked a tour to Dujiangyan through the hotel: excellent organization, private tour with a young guide who spoke English correctly. Unfortunately, I do not recommend visiting this site (I have written a separate review). One evening we dined at the hotel; you can choose à la carte or buffet. We chose the buffet and tried their famous Hot pot with meat. The hot pot was good, while the buffet is practically all Chinese. If you do not like Chinese cuisine, I recommend going out. Another thing. The delay in cleaning the room.
