The entire staff were great, hospitable and overall generally nice. A happy staff speaks well for the hotel's management. Harry, the door bell and greeter went out of his way to give recommendations and make us feel welcome!

We enjoy every minute of our stay, the staff were very helpful and provided extra care and attention when we asked if we could change rooms due to being in a connecting room. This was no trouble at all. The service and food at breakfast was perfect and the welcome drink was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

- • Staff was told we hadn't paid for the drinks but we had due to lack of communication he ran after us which was embarrassing but he did apologise. Wasn't offered a drink checking in so don't think it's 5 star overall.
