- • Lack of facilities, big footprint but no spas on balcony’s or on property. Close to city but offered no shuttle etc overpriced for what it is but staff lovely and very clean apartments.
Power for air condition always off when we stay in room. And the light in air condition machine just on top of bed, it

10/10 a must stay!
Incredible stay and such a luxury feel. Heated floors in the room was divine, the staff are amazing and so thoughtful. So handy to have a shuttle to Queenstown and free washer and dryer available at the hotel!
