Thank you to Katherine the Guest Experience supervisor at The Post Oak always for taking care of my brother and me every month. I want to express how much they make our experience perfect. Respect for the whole team from the valet, concierge, in-room dining, front desk and beyond. Courtney (sorry if misspelled) he has had us for 4 years here and much love to him and his Team. 1901 to 1911 they make sure we have the best experience. 5 Stars always. God Bless

Salon Stylist Theresa worked her magic again!
After arriving in Houston from European travel, Theresa was hard at work at the salon, taking care of clients like me who needed hair color, cut, and style the day before Thanksgiving. Grateful for her kindness and exceptional skills!

Top shelf 5-star hotel for a reason. Beautiful rooms, amazing property, and absolutely fantastic staff. From the service, to the food, to the ambiance, all aspects were best in class.

Excellent Service from Night Supervisor Slava at Post Oak Hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at the Post Oak Hotel. The night supervisor Slava was very professional, respectful, and always ready to help. He made sure everything was running smoothly during the night and checked that guests were comfortable and safe. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares about people. Great attitude and excellent service from Slava❤️

Among the most, if not, the most exceptional luxury hotels in the United States. The service is spectacular, the staff is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The accommodations are fabulous. The food and beverage is excellent with choices available for a variety of tastes. Housekeeping is fabulous and the technology is exceptional. The amenities at this luxury resort, including the spa pool and beverage areas are without equal.
