The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and delicious. But the standout feature was truly the honest and caring customer service. We had to cut our stay short due to an unexpected change in our travel plans. The front desk staff handled our situation with great professionalism and empathy. They were very supportive during our stay and quickly processed a refund for the unused days without any hassle. We appreciate their fair approach and look forward to staying here again under better circumstances.
