- • Only two out of four elevators working, sometimes it took 10 minutes to go up and down from the room. No coffee machine in the room, room dining service a bit slow.
Grand Hotel With Excellent Service
My family of four had a wonderful long weekend at the Peninsula in late May. The hotel has been refreshed recently, but remains a grand, historic space. Housekeeping was timely and unobtrusive. The location is perfect. Service is in line with Peninsula's global reputation. We had one small hiccup during our stay and the manager, Young Yoon, jumped in to resolve it quickly with grace and professionalism--he's a true pro. A hotel like this is never cheap, but if you value a five-star stay, the Peninsula NYC is a great choice.
