Should get hotel of the year award. Excellent stay.
The location of this property is out of this world fantastic. Talk about five star treatment and having the best room ever. We had a room overlooking the park/ rollercoaster and could see the fireworks at night. We had a separate toilet to the bathroom area and the room was huge. Thank you so much to the staff for making our holiday so memorable and being so kind to my family. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Close to the park and all the excitement!
Hotel is within Universal Studios. Restaurants and convenience stores were right outside our doorstep! The buffet breakfast had a delicious selection of food and the staff even packed a box for my son who could not make it downstairs. Very friendly staff and a great hotel!

Great experience, the room type could see the night view every day, the children were very happy to see the Ferris wheel every night

Very close to Universal Studios, after a whole day of tiredness, the feeling of walking out of the amusement park and arriving at the hotel is really great. Moreover, walking out of the hotel entrance is city walk, very good for shopping and there are many places to eat. There is also a 24-hour convenience store in the lobby on the first floor

Good location, shops nearby, cafes and Universal Studio, the elevators worked well, breakfast 10/10, near metro station and bus stop for the limousine bus to the airport

- • A bit old, the carpet and wallpaper were torn, the extra bed was very hard, and the two pillows too
