- • I decided to stay there because the information on your website said that there was an indoor walkway to the Sphere. Nothing said that the walkway was frequently closed to the public. That information should have been disclosed on your website.

Perfect stay in Las Vegas!
Perfect stay, nothing to complain about. Free upgrade after an issue with the room. Very quickly and correctly resolved by the staff. The pools are a dream, the hotel has the best shops and restaurants of all hotels in Las Vegas!

- • No arrangement for water kettle for preparing tea/coffee in the room. Toiletries were also very basic. Not very user friendly
