Comfortable
The buffet breakfast is delicious, the female chef at the egg station on 6 Sep is exceptional. The buffet soiree is great. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

- • - occasionally there was a lingering odour in the bathroom - TV signal is weak - fridge is not cold so some foods / medication were spoiled - no individual reading lights in bed

- There are many swimming pools. It's within walking distance to various places to have fun. Breakfast is available everywhere. Fun to choose and eat! - There are various facilities such as a spa, and the rooftop bar has a good view. Cocktails are delicious (1+1 on Fridays, had 4 drinks for 20,000 won for an event for women) - If you want to go to the city, you have to take a Grab, but Grab is cheap so it's not a big problem. Grab is readily available. - Requested a late check-out and was allowed until 1 pm for free - Can store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

- • - High floor with a good sea view, but you can hear music from the rooftop bar at night (doesn't go on too late), and you can hear the sound of waves continuously (personally, I loved the white noise) - Water doesn't drain well from the bathtub (drains faster when you remove the drain cover) - The hairdryer was integrated and exploded shortly after being used. No injuries, but there was a burnt smell and marks on the hand. When I called, they asked me to check this and that, then came up to check and gave me a corded hairdryer. However, there was no further apology or action taken.

- • 1- The property is not properly maintained. Stagnant water is accumulating in the toilet due to improper floor leveling, which prevents water from flowing properly into the main drain. 2- Furniture arrangement in room not friendly for kids

- • It's a pity that the skybar closed too early. The drinks at the pool were expensive, and you had to get the drinks yourself as there was no service. The carpet in the hallway of our hotel room needs to be vacuumed urgently
