The property is in a perfect location in the center of the action yet a peaceful refuge inside with a wonderful staff.
I loved the location and the staff was extremely attentive. The room was, nice, clean, and just what I needed for a great stay. The rooftop bar has an amazing view as well.

Best stay ever in Hanoi
Presidential Suite was fantastic and the staff could not have been better. From arrival to departure (they actually came to the curbside to wish us well) they could not do enough to please us. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
