Comfortable nice and enjoyed our stay
Rooms were very clean Rooms and floors arrangement was very nice No noise/ Nice smell All staff were very helpful and following up your needs Everything was available and good quality so no need to order and wait (like iron) There is a Coffee machine in each room I really like my hotel experience in Mumbai this time

- • It is very little : The taste of lattes or cappuccino needs improvement Provide Arabic bread and more Arabic food options especially in the breakfast Since there are too many Arabic residence in your hotel, especially GCC people, it would be nice to provide Arabic coffee and dates as a hospitality in the lobby and rooms, as well as provide Arabic language on the signs instructions and directions.
