It was easy to find and book and get in, overall cleaning was fine and the bed linen was nice and clean.

- • The cushion on the bench in the kitchen area was stained and disgusting, the sofa was stained and disgusting. The bed was two single beds put together, one mattress was broken/flat towards the middle so there was a gap of about 20 cm that you fell into - needs to be replaced! The lamp by the bed fell down, hanging loose. We received a huge number of emails when booking, it could maybe be optimized so you don't get 8 emails but one confirmation and one with information maybe. (I took pictures if desired)

- • The next apartment was reasonably habitable, except for trash such as a paper tissue under the bed. The shower handle was broken, utensils and dishes had to be washed immediately because they were so dirty.
