- • I booked for 2 nights and was assigned a connecting room, sold to me as a superior room with a river view, despite requesting explanations upon arrival. Since there were no other options, I couldn't make a change. Otherwise, everything was like the standard Morrison hotels, but this one in Dublin was better than the others. I recommend it, but be careful with room assignments.

Hotel is awesome but the staff makes it even better!
The hotel is beautiful and top-notch. The best part of our stay was the staff! Marcello welcomed us upon our arrival. He told us to go sit down after checking in, and he brought refreshments. Together we went over a local map, and he pointed out highlights. He truly went above and beyond his job description and made us feel like we were the only hotel guests he was serving. He blew us away. We'll definitely stay here again!

Magnificent hotel very well located!
Magnificent hotel in the heart of Dublin. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well soundproofed, everything is clean, the bedding is comfortable. Magnificent breakfast.
