- • Breakfast service poor. Rude lady server, who became aggressive when we asked for some milk for the cereal. Probably not suited to customer contact.
The hotel is on a very busy street that, in a straight line, leads to the city's main train station, which makes it very easy. On the same street, there is also a Carrefour and a CONAD (market), as well as cafes and the like. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although I did not have breakfast included in my stay, I went to the hotel every day to ask for ice to put in my Thermos bottle, which was never denied. At the end of the stay, they left a little gift on our door, which was very cute!

We stayed one night after a wedding before flying home so spent very little time in the hotel. The welcome was fantastic with reception staff being extremely helpful. The room was modern and fresh and had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located.
