Check 1400hrs. Was there , waited for 30 min, no keys. Left for work. Back at 1800, still no keys.

We love it!!!
Great facilities, very well decorated and impeccable maintenance, great staff and the breakfast staff, always kind and pampering us all the time. We thank the restaurant manager who surprised us every morning with special delights.

- • If I have to make any criticism, it will be for the spa. I did not have a good experience with the therapist.
A great hotel with very friendly and open employees.
The nice and friendly manner of the employees as well as the outstanding breakfast offering, the cleanliness, the many little extra services. I would particularly like to highlight our driver Kawal Jeet, who with his calm and prudent manner drove us through Delhi and to the Taj Mahal, but also enriched our time with his eloquent manner and versatile knowledge.
