I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to recognize Shantanu for his exceptional professionalism and dedication. he was a manager and written name like that I hope I remember correctly From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude, genuine willingness to help, attention to detail, and ability to handle every situation with confidence truly made a difference. Even when I experienced a few minor issues during my stay, Shantanu resolved them quickly and professionally, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. He is exactly the kind of employee every hotel hopes to have, someone who genuinely cares about guests and represents the hotel with pride. I would also like to thank the restaurant manager, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He was equally welcoming, attentive, and professional, making every dining experience enjoyable. People like Shantanu and the restaurant manager are the reason guests return. Their commitment to outstanding hospitality deserves recognition. I sincerely hope the hotel management knows what an incredible team they have. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
