The Leela Palace was so clean and you can have a luxurious experience. The design was amazing and the staff was so kind :) we did our first anniversary in this hotel it was 10 stars experience ✨️ i would like to thank Miss Fatima and Miss Deepali, they were so kind and cute 😍

- • The staff were very busy with other guests… Even we were guests at the property but they didn’t respond to us properly and we weren’t given the correct room. After the change of room also it wasn’t a good room because we had booked for a garden view balcony but we didn’t get any view. And we there to celebrate our anniversary and expected some celebration cake and decor but nothing was done. Really bad experience
