Elegant hotel, ample sized rooms, clean refreshing
The hotel had beautiful fresh flowers through the entrance and lobby. The entire facility was clean, fresh, and inviting. The location was ideal for all of our visited sights and friends. The pool side bar was just right, and our evening cocktails were so much fun with our guests.

- • The place is huge and it takes a little while to get used to getting around. I pretty much liked everything.

- • The first night they did not provide me with my king-size bed that I had booked. However, they did the next day.

- • I have been "often" on-site - many of the rooms (actually all that I have had so far) would really be in need of renovation and unfortunately have become outdated. The charm of the hotel, the grounds, the staff, and the location in the best residential area of Pasadena make up for a lot.
