My daughter and I loved the staff and their care. It was warming to see genuine smiles. We got upgraded to a large room which was amazing. Any time we needed anything we got an instant response. We had breakfast included and we really enjoyed the experience. A special thanks to Priyanka, Chandrima, Amjad, and Rajib for making our stay memorable.

Front Desk informed that until 1.30 pm check-out is acceptable but the system is not updated.

- • Requested for a Double Bed (instead of Twin Beds). Still, we were given Twin Beds. The same thing happened in the previous stay also. After making noise, Double Bed Rooms were provided.
It was a horrible stay, the check-in was a nightmare.

Quality of food (Dinner) was pathetic. The fish they served was stale, and I returned it. They charged Rs 1600/- for one bowl of rice aloo posto.

This was my first visit to this hotel, which I purely chose because of its location as we had to attend an event.
Location; as we had an event to attend nearby. It is a 5-star property so it’s like any other 5-star hotels. It is the location alone which is the reason to choose the hotel.

- • Bathroom. The fittings are very old and not befitting the 5-star property. The same is true for the quality of linens.
