Lovely
The service is top-tier. That’s the only reason I choose this hotel as I bring elders that have many health conditions that need to be considered, I am so grateful they never look burdened or annoyed with our requests. They even gave us a room that doesn't require climbing stairs & you can park nearby the lobby if you bring anyone with knee problems.

- • Classic and old, the carpet in the rooms is bad and not clean, the bathrooms are not clean and practical
Lovely quaint hotel as if you were in rural Surrey!
Lovely breakfast and the evening roast dinner was fantastic. Some lovely walks nearby up to the tea plantations. Lovely short walk into the jungle from the hotel.
