Very nice hotel and very convenient when arriving and departing from Colombo. However, the staff is very unprofessional.
This is the fourth time I have come to the Kingsbury because it is a perfect hotel for me.

- • Unfortunately, this time, I was not well received. We had a room on the 9th floor but facing the pool and very noisy. And we did not have the small plate of treats as in previous times. At the restaurant, I had to ask for the discount because it had not been applied. Finally, on the payment terminal, the amount indicated was ten times higher than the price of dinner. Fortunately, we noticed before paying. There was no apology from the restaurant.

Comfortable, friendly and welcoming
My husband and I had an amazing stay. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help in any way they could. A special thank you to Samantha (the security guard) who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. He was warm, professional, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. His exceptional service truly made a lasting impression. We would also like to thank the amazing staff at the Honey Bar who were friendly and tended to our needs by accommodating us to make us feel welcome and relaxed and put together delicious drinks. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
