- • The hotel is a disaster. I've been staying In Kingsbury regularly for over 12 years now. But now this hotel is completely broken. The staff is incompetent. I was first alloted a room that had a malfunctioning A/C and the kettle was broken. I was moved to another room where the shower door wasnt closing. The DJ below blasts music through the day till night. When we call the hotwl manager to ask the volume to be reduced their solution is to shift our room to another side where the noise dosent travel. Room Service takes an Hour and a Half to deliver a clear soup and delivers it without a spoon and another half hour to deliver the spoon after the flaw is pointed out. Never going back.
