Impressive location.
Instagrammable. A location that cannot be experienced in Japan. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included. The food is delicious. I really wanted to stay at this hotel during this trip to Bali. When I mentioned it was an anniversary trip, they welcomed us with a flower bath and a cake surprise.

Enjoyment within the hotel without going out in the surrounding area
The facilities and location are quite good. The daily events and live music at the bar created a nice atmosphere. The food, drinks, and poolside snacks were delicious. All the staff were very kind.

- • The visitors at the pool are noisy. There are many stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which is inconvenient for those with mobility issues. There is only one elevator. There is a free shuttle to Ubud, but if you want to see Ubud, it's better to stay there. There are no tourist shops around the hotel.
Highly recommended if you come to Nusa Penida!!!
Absolutely everything, the room is large, the bed is super comfortable, the service is great, the food at the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price, they also organize excursions from here, totally recommended

I liked everything. It is probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire staff is truly unforgettable, the food is perfect, with an incredible care and attention.

An excellent hotel that delivers both an immersive jungle experience and the level of service you would expect from a true high-level 5-star hotel. One of the most impressive aspects of the stay was how the staff seemed to know your name wherever you went, creating a genuinely personalized and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are spectacular, the views are breathtaking, and the villas are absolutely worth the price. Every detail of the property contributes to a memorable experience. I left feeling extremely happy with my stay and already hoping to return in the future. A special thank you to Risky and Dewa, my butlers during the stay. Their exceptional care, attention to detail, and constant willingness to help made a great experience even more memorable. Their hospitality truly stood out and is a perfect example of the outstanding service this hotel provides.
