- • The 14th-floor front desk is far from the 1st-floor entrance, and there are no seating areas like sofas at the entrance. You have to stand and wait while waiting for a taxi or picking up your checked suitcase, which is tiring. There are also quite a few inexperienced staff members, and the service is slow.
