Quiet and comfortable, all one can ask.
My overnight stay at the Inn at Longwood was comfortable, pleasant and restful. The room was noise-free, the air conditioning was quiet and functioned well. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a nearby parking garage where I can easily charge my electric car, and it is open 24 hours.

- • It was near a generator, which was a bit noisy but nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix

Great Customer Service
My husband was having treatments at Brigham and Women’s. This hotel was convenient. The staff were very helpful, especially Sara, who assisted us in getting a taxi in a timely manner. Would recommend this hotel.

Beware Fraudulent Charges
No complaints about the hotel in terms of amenities and location nor in my interactions with staff while there. The rating comes down to a charge of $58.22 made a day after my departure. There is no justification for this charge, which one can presume was made on the basis of being an unsuspecting foreigner who the Inn is looking to fleece. Disappointing to say the least and has completely destroyed my positive impression! Well done!

Excellent customer service from Sara at the front desk who helped us with an early check-in! Great location & very comfortable stay, excellent to have the food court conveniently attached also.
