- • We were surprised by the $75 fee added on at check in. We had booked through an app which showed the full price including a hotel fee already

- • Ac unit to close to the bed. How's on the person sleeping on that side. I froze all night.

Compassion and Efficiency When Needed the Most
I had major surgery scheduled at MGB July 29th and stayed at The Inn at Longwood. At the 11th hour my surgery was postponed and my caregiver and I left Boston and the Inn sooner than expected. Everyone at this facility was cordial, professional, and very helpful, including our waiter at their restaurant. Of particular note was Sara at reception. My friend and I were a bit rattled with the sudden OR cancellation and checked out of the Inn early. Sara was calm, compassionate, and very efficient. She was empathetic to the disturbance caused by this sudden cancellation and navigated reservations to ensure we would have the appropriate room when my surgery was rescheduled. Thank you, Sara, for being so kind and understanding. We will return when my surgery is rescheduled.
