It is something that you definitely expect from the hotel and you get all of it. Everything was top notch. I can only speak by myself, but it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in. I am going to visit again when it will be possible.

Fantastic, can't get any better.
I must say it all. Definitely one of the finest and best hotels I have stayed at. The standard was top-notch, the staff outstanding, and the surroundings were beautiful. If I come to Kyoto again, I will stay at this hotel. I want to extend a special humble thank you to the staff; I have never been treated in a more pleasant manner.
