The facilities: the bathroom was clogged and we called to have it fixed, but not only did they take a long time to respond, they also said they had no maintenance staff available! In a hotel??? Finally, they moved us to another room late at night, making us pack our belongings again.

- • The price of the car park was expensive, and I can't understand why guests have to pay to park their car at a hotel. The service charge on drinks at the bar was not acceptable, and although this is discretionary, it should not be added behind the bar for drinks

- • The exterior and surroundings of the hotel lack the charm of the center of Cambridge. On the afternoon of Saturday, 12/09/26, the waiting time for check-in was quite long. I received my key at 4:30 PM.
