Excellent for a calm stay, not too far from lovely outside space and city
Lovely breakfast, nice bar area with pool table. Pool, sauna and steam room very nice and clean. Room was comfortable and staff were very polite and efficient.

- • The parking is a bit expensive and daft for the size of the Hotel and the Size of Vehicles that were visiting.
Really nice stay in Cambridge
We loved the room. We were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen. Whilst we didn’t use the kitchen, we appreciated the upgrade for sure! The room was spotless with plenty of space. Location is great, 15 min walk into town. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Breakfast was delicious and good options. The bar / lounge area is very cool and the pool table was a lot of fun! The spa was nice and relaxing.

Very good, particularly dinner, apart from the cleaning issue.
The location is an anonymous suburb, though the nearby cafes are quite good. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent - very high standard of ingredients and cooking - unusually good for a chain hotel. The bar area is pleasant, though the decision to park a snooker table right in the middle of it didn't feel right. Staff were polite and keen to help. the room was quite spacious and quiet. I liked most aspects of my stay.

- • My room was not cleaned on the second day. I phoned Housekeeping but got no reply. Reception said they would contact Housekeeping and arrange a cleaner. Nothing happened. I repeated my complaint. Still no cleaner. In the end I said to forget it, but that I would need the room cleaned the following morning as I had virtual meetings in the afternoon. I spotted a cleaner in the corridor but he said my room was not on his list. The room was eventually cleaned - by that cleaner - late that morning. I should not have had to worry about this, and the hotel should have solved it easily.
Location was really great, the spa and sauna was great and the gym was really good. Value for money, i think the hotel is great, everything was clean it seemed pretty fancy and I really enjoyed my stay. Would come back. Thank you

An enjoyable stay
The room is modern and spacious with a kitchenette. The staff are extrememly friendly and helpful. You can use the guest laundry without charge. We can wash our clothes at the hotel. The hotel locates in a quiet area near River Cam. It just takes short walk to the river bank. The hotel is well-equipped with the pool, spa and the gym facilities. The breakfast is delicious with lots of varieities.

- • House keeping would not clean the room unless I called the front desk. They didn’t clean room on a couple of days during my stay. Very average breakfast with limited choices. Declined my request for late check-out (at 2:30 pm as my flight was in the evening) despite the fact that I stayed in the hotel for two weeks.
