A comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent staff, great amenities, and a standout breakfast experience.
The staff was super helpful, giving us advice on what to see and where to go, and even offering us a late checkout. The staff at breakfast was incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, share some cultural information with us, and, most of all, make a delicious breakfast. The room was great. Everything was automated and within reach of the bed. It was impeccably clean and had a nice little seating area, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had one of the best showers I’ve ever had—the water pressure was great. Room service was very good as well. The location was excellent, only about a 5–7 minute walk from Glavnata and the Bishop’s Basilica, but not so close that the street was super busy. It was nice to be close to everything without constantly dodging people like you do on the main street.

New hotel, super clean, excellent food, excellent service, design and comfort at the highest luxury level. In case the parking is full, they assist with street parking and pay directly for parking.

For sure a vintage communist tourism, it's the right choice.
The hotel's decor and our room are beautiful! The facilities are high tech, everything is automated, including the curtains. Everything is very well maintained. We were upgraded, which is nice. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is à la carte. It is very good.

- • The location is bad, at the foot of Soviet blocks. While the old Plovdiv is beautiful, we find ourselves 2km away, in a block from the 80s, certainly very very quiet (it's not Seine-Saint-Denis), but far from the hotel's standard. Parking spaces are rare (surprising), and alternative restaurants to those of the hotel are too far to walk to. I do not understand Accor's choice to have beautifully recycled an old State store into a high-end hotel here, while the old Plovdiv was calling out to them...
