A beautiful, new hotel, right in the center. Cafés, downtown, restaurants, etc. all within a 10-minute walk. Also great is the option to book parking spaces. But what stands out are the staff. At the reception, you are always greeted with a warm and sincere smile. Everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

- • It would be great if the breakfast wasn't half empty 50 minutes before it ends. Otherwise, everything was really great ☺️
Great hotel in a perfect location.
Nice central location with everything within walking distance. The room was very clean and had a great bed. The rooftop pool was also very nice.

- • The room is actually a bit too small. We had 2 large suitcases and there was really nowhere to put them. The closet is too shallow to store clothes in.
Comfort and excellent location.
The location is excellent, right in the center of Funchal. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The location was great, close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the practical and convenient wardrobe setup.

Very nice stay in Funchal
New and modern hotel with enough facilities. The only downside was that the pool bar was not open, even though the place was crowded with guests every afternoon, I guess due to the end of the season. Very friendly staff, especially Tania who made our stay memorable by going above and beyond to help us. Location is great, would highly recommend as a good value for money in Funchal!

- • It could be a bit clearer that you have to pre-book parking. We had to park in a supermarket car park which was fine but hard to find
