The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with everything. The cappuccino at breakfast was always decorated with a little piece of art by Samer, the barista, and the choice at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The view of the old city is truly as beautiful as promised.

- • The beds were more like a glorified plank than something to rest on, and the feather pillows were so uncomfortable that they didn't provide any comfort for side sleepers.

- • * Dirty Pool - Plastic cups & bags floating in the pool. * No preparation ahead - Specified that I was coming with kids yet the couch bed wasn't prepared in advance, no pillows and sheets in the room, had to ask for them twice till I received them. * Breakfast staff inattentive and unprofessional - every coffee spilled from the cup over on its plate, some didn't seem to understand English or Hebrew so when asked for something they just acted on their own accord. * Lacking facilities - No dedicated quiet business place to take a Zoom meeting (was staying with kids so the room was not an option, so-called 'business center' was separated only by a curtain from the ballroom which was hosting an event, was super loud and embarrassing for me on my call).
