Central location of the hotel is great!
The central location was superb 👌🏻 and the room was spacious. The staff was courteous and friendly. Also, the breakfast buffet was diverse.

- • The hotel looks worn out. The breakfast was very meager and poorly presented for the price.
Absolute recommendation.
Nice hotel, great location, we had large and very comfortable rooms and enjoyed it very much.

- • The air conditioning does not work. There is no possibility to prepare a hot drink in the room. The shower is not illuminated. The bathtub has no curtain or glass. The shower head in the bathtub sprays in all directions. Not clean. The blankets are short and small. Breakfast is poor. Only soft-boiled eggs and no omelets are prepared. The staff is not friendly. Very disappointing!
A successful stay for us....we will gladly come back.
The location is extremely good, only a few minutes to the Frauenkirche (concert) and Grünes Gewölbe.... very pleasant at over 80 years old. Large and well-thought-out room. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

- • I would have liked bathrobes. Price in the underground garage (independent of the hotel) is excessive
