Great historic B and B in the central city close to all amenities
Beautifully restored old villa, perfect location opposite the Arts Centre and Tram stop, 5-to-10-minute walk to CBD and 15-minute walk to the Stadium. Off street parking. Great amenities and nice breakfast included. Secluded back garden and right next door to the funkiest bar in town (The Astro). Botanical Gardens 5-minute walk down the road, Art Gallery even closer! Recommended.

NICE PLACE, BREAKFAST 'CONTINENTAL' ISH BUT VERY STRANGE BREAKFASTING ON SHARED TABLES. NOT EVERYBODY IS SOCIAL AT 07.30 - A SOMEWHAT FORCED ATMOSPHERE. EXCELLENT SHOWER AND THE CURRENT TREND OF WALL MOUNTED (LET'S SAVE A PENNY) SOAP DISPENSERS ACTUALLY WORKED, WELL DONE.
