Perfect for enjoying Medellín
I had a very good experience at The Charlee. What I liked the most was the size of the rooms, they are very spacious, comfortable, and truly allow you to enjoy your stay, which is not so common. In addition, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Poblado, with many restaurants, bars, and options for walking around. Despite being in a very active area, the hotel offers an impeccable environment to rest. I would definitely return and recommend it to those who want to stay in a very good location without sacrificing comfort.

Excellent service, food, and location
My experience at The Charlee was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious, with very well-presented dishes and great flavor. The service was one of the aspects that stood out the most: all the staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is unbeatable, perfect for enjoying Medellín and having everything very close. In addition, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and make the stay even more pleasant. One detail that I loved was that in the afternoons they pass through the hallways with a bar cart offering drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It is a different gesture that makes you feel very well taken care of and adds a special touch to the experience. It is definitely a hotel that I would recommend and return to without hesitation.

Exceptional Concierge Service - The Charlee Sets the Standard for Hospitality.
We traveled to Medellín to celebrate my birthday with my wife and our 11-year-old daughter, and our stay at The Charlee Hotel exceeded every expectation. A special thank you goes to Jessica Díaz from the Concierge team. For more than a week before our arrival, we were in almost daily communication while planning our trip. She helped coordinate tours, adjust itineraries, secure restaurant reservations, and even arranged a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife. Upon arrival, she also surprised our daughter with chocolate-covered strawberries and a selection of sweets waiting in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care and hospitality at The Charlee. We would also like to recognize Dayana Martín and Carlos Cuadrado, who took wonderful care of us every morning at breakfast. Their warmth and attentiveness made each day start on the perfect note. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, featuring a private jacuzzi and stunning views of Medellín. The included à la carte breakfast was excellent. The location is unbeatable—directly across from Parque Lleras and just steps from Provenza and Calle Primavera, right in the heart of El Poblado. The Charlee offers luxury accommodations, an outstanding location, and truly exceptional service. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
