The staff were nice and the common parts of the hotel were good. I also had an excellent foot massage in the spa, which seemed like a nice, relaxing space.

- • The hotel is generally clean but really quite dated and could use updating. That particularly applies to the rooms which don't feel up to the standard of the common parts. Breakfast had an extensive selection, but they could do better by having fewer, higher quality options (e.g. fresh juice instead of juice from concentrate). There is also a big construction site opposite the hotel at the moment so that means that the view from the pool is of construction - not their fault but somewhat noisy and distracts from the experience.
Amazing friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived a day late due to some troubles with our flight. The staff offered us to extend our stay without extra cost for a night. Would definitely come again, can recommend! Nice breakfast, massage and very nice atmosphere in the resort :)

Perfect recharge
I was welcomed with a friendly smile by Huynh. She also helped me on a few occasions during my stay. Her service was exceptional. It is a hidden oasis within the heart of the city. It was a perfect 24hrs to escape the noise from the traffic and relax. Unlimited use of the Onsen facilities is included in your stay. I also had two 20mins foot massages with my room rate, which I took as one 40min with Anh. She was superb, just the right pressure and very relaxing. She also gave me the complimentary 5min shoulder massage also included in my room rate. The onsen is small but it has all you need to enjoy this experience. I used it 3 times from check in to 9pm. You can also visit the onsen with a day pass at a good rate with or without use of the infinity pool. The infinity pool is the same depth both ends. It was clean and a good temperature to swim in. There are swinging beds around the pool. They is pool service if you want to order drinks. I ate in the restaurant in the evening. The house red was pleasant. Breakfast is also included in the room rate. The variety was exceptional from local Vietnamese hot and cold dishes, eggs cooked various ways on request, various breads, pastries, snack bites, juices, cereals, choice of nuts and tea or coffee. The two ladies, Tra My and Lan Anh, were very attentive at breakfast time. My room was on the 1st floor facing the garden. There was a small balcony to relax on with a chair. The bed was very comfortable and big! The bathroom was my favorite with a large shower and a standing bath. A candle with aromatherapy oils is a nice touch too! I will definitely return to use the onsen and take a break from the busy life! Thank you!

- • The onsen hours are 12pm - 21.30. It would be nice to use it in the morning before check out at 12 midday. There is no socket by the kettle area. I had to plug it in by bedside to use. There were many large ants on my balcony I think due to the vines around the door frame. They could do with a trim as it was difficult to close door. These are not major things but maybe worth consideration by hotel.
