Terrible service for the amount we paid and an extra $130 that was going to be refundable after our stay and I haven't received it yet

- • Had to change to 3 rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working. They had us go to the rooms with the person in charge of that, and going to Vegas by the end of July, I expect the air conditioner to be working. I asked for an extra blanket and one more toilet paper, and they said they couldn't provide that, what was in the room was all we were getting. Just terrible service
