- • Really should make your room well-prepared before selling to customers. My first room's AC was broken, the front desk staff at the beginning could only provide a fan after knowing the maintenance guy could not come. Not until he contacted his manager could I get a room change

- • No dedicated air conditioner, leftover balloon from previous occupant still in room mostly deflated. Very small towels. Chairs were quite dusty in the room. Fingerprints all over windows

- • Extremely rude and condescending staff. Someone broke into my room while I stayed there and instead of making the situation right, they refused to extend my stay (wished to move to a different room)

Easy to navigate.
We could walk wherever we wanted to go. We didn't need parking. Room was fine. Staff helped us use the bus system, to go to Chocolate Lake and swim. I liked we could take the bus from the airport.
