The resort facilities are great. The spa wellness centre is very setup. Lots of treatment rooms. The staff were great. The treatment I had was relaxing. Dr. Fish pond was interesting. This is the fish eating our dead skin. The dipping pools was very relaxing. The spa and pool in our villa is great. To have own pools in the villas is convenient and very private. We stayed in the water villa which is very relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were also great. Delicious well prepared meals. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Banjaran Hotspings retreat.

Completely relaxing and one of the most enjoyable trip I ever had.
Everything at Banjaran was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. We didn't have to go out at all. We just pampered ourselves at the different facilities inside the resort! Fantastic experience.

An exceptional hotel in the middle of nature
The place is incredible between mountains and jungle. It is very calm and soothing. There is a large pool and several hot spring spots. The villa was exceptional, very nicely decorated and with attention to detail. The good surprise is that the villas are equipped with a small individual bath and a hot thermal water bathtub. The service is exceptional. The breakfast lives up to the 5 stars. Go there with your eyes closed. Perfect for a relaxing retreat or a romantic break for 2

There are no words to describe this hotel. It was more than what we expected. From the start till the end we were treated like Kings and Queen. They clean your room during the day and will turn down your room again in the evening. Breakfast was made to order which was delicious. Dinner menu was great. The Spa was awesome. The resort facilities are great. We already plan to go again
