- • The woman who welcomed us was extremely courteous until the moment when, to thank her for her kindness, I said Toda Raba (thank you very much in Hebrew) and she suddenly replied with a pinched air 'Here we don't say Toda Raba, we say Choukran'. I am convinced that if I had said Muchas gracias thank you, she would not have made any remarks of this kind. In a five-star hotel, leading Hotel of the world, it seems inappropriate to make this kind of remark to a customer, it is absolutely inappropriate!! Jews or non-Jews should be a non-issue. We are in Israel, I pay in Shekels and should be able to say Toda Raba without feeling judged

- • 1. The muezzin woke us up at night, the muezzin's prayer in the mosque is very noisy, the speakers are directed into the room and it woke us up at night, this is not acceptable. 2. The breakfast was very good but very very expensive.
