- • Housekeeping should have automatically replenished tea, coffee, and milk each day. This was missed during our 3-night stay.
Overall, enjoyed the rooms there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent.

- • Water pressure and water temperature in the shower were awful. It ranged from cold to burning hot and did not have consistent pressure. A great shower is something I look for in a hotel.

The location is great, and the hotel is modern and beautifully styled. The staff were fantastic. 24hr reception is great. Rooftop bar and pool.

- • Air conditioning was frustrating - it turns on and off via a sensor. Halfway through the night, I woke up and the room was hot as it had turned off. It takes 20-30 minutes to kick in, so if you have left your room and come back, the room is hot and stuffy until it starts - this wouldn't be pleasant in Brisbane summer.
