- • Not worth paying for the stay. The facilities are very nice, but the value for money is disproportionate. For less than 10% of the cost of one night's stay, you can access a day pass for over 12 hours and enjoy practically the same experience. There is no clear differential in quality, services, or attention between guests and day visitors. In addition, the presence of staff on the premises is minimal. If you are at the hot springs and want to order water or a drink, you have to go to the restaurant or wait, literally, hours for someone to attend to you. We stayed for two nights and at no time were the towels or robes changed. Upon arrival, they also provide us with the WhatsApp of a concierge service that never responded to any of our messages. In summary, the place is nice to visit during the day, but it does not offer a level of service that justifies the cost of staying.

- • It's not a gym, it's a space with 4 machines and one of them needs repair. They had emptied the pools and no one informed.
