- • The check-in very late (4 pm) and the check-out very early (11 am) for those of us who are only staying for a day and paying for a luxury room is disproportionate.

- • The reception staff could be friendlier. The beds are hard. The curtains do not close 100% so if you want to rest during the day, sunlight comes in.
A beautiful place to enjoy some hot springs
The hotel's landscaping is very beautiful, the staff is attentive and the breakfast is wonderful. The hot springs are well managed with enough pools for the customers

- • Upon arrival, they mentioned an additional charge for the use of bathrobes, which I find very distasteful. I had stayed several times before and they did not charge for it
