Great hotel, spectacular attention from the staff, incredible breakfast. The location is very good, a 15-minute walk to the center along a safe avenue and a 5-minute drive away.

I liked the location. Close to restaurants and museums etc. Plenty of security around.

- • Paper thin building. Sirens and cars could be heard even though I was on the 11th floor. Noisy as well outside the rooms in the corridors. Bathroom needs to be renovated. I asked for a king size bed and got a smaller bed. Cold in the room and no heating. I asked for an earlier check in as I arrived at 9am, but had to wait till about 3pm. Receptionist could barely say two words in English. Could thing I could converse in some Spanish. Breakfast was okay if you get there early. I got there around 9:30am and by that time the food was not that fresh. Buffet style breakfast till 10am. I was not impressed with their coffee even though Colombian coffee supposedly is very good. The staff was very good. Would I stay there again ? I don’t think so.
