Hermosa vista al lago Titicaca
The breakfast is super varied, the spectacular view of Lake Titicaca, at all times. The restaurant serves at all hours, it's not cheap, but at least you find everything within the hotel.

- • The lack of attention from the staff, not friendly, no one helps you with your luggage. I think the management should work on the friendliness and service attitude of all staff towards guests. They could improve the access entrance from the road to the hotel reception, it's quite neglected and rocky.
The staff is very nice, beautiful and large room with a warm shower and even a bath. The breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is good. There is also a beautiful garden.

The location was excellent, away from the city, the restaurant service was very good, varied and they gave us options for the girls. We also used the Spa before leaving, excellent service, they attended to each of our requests without any problems.

Great hotel right on Lake Titicaca
Comfortable hotel with beautifully landscaped gardens in a quiet location right by the lake, very helpful, friendly staff and definitely the best breakfast buffet on our tour of Peru so far

A beautiful, safe, comfy and yummy meals.
Breakfast was good enough for a family traveling with elderly members, people in their 40s and a little infant. The hair dryer! We loved it, thanks for it. The room was comfy, clean and very well decorated. The view was spectacular at night and during the day. The hotel has very pretty gardens and the rooms are nicely decorated, very lovely. Although it was -3 degrees outside in the morning, the room was warm. Dinner was delicious. Staff was helpful and professional.

- • The toilet seemed a bit run down or old. But, it was clean and tidy, enough towels. The hair dryer was really awesome. Very thankful for that.
