A beautiful and peaceful place to stay while exploring Puno and Lake Titicaca.
We really enjoyed our 5-night stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located for taking tours around Lake Titicaca and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times, and everything we ordered.

- • Overall, we had a very good experience. The only minor issue was that some areas of the property could benefit from a little updating and maintenance, but this did not significantly affect our stay.

- • More variety in breakfast and it is a very nice hotel but the facilities are outdated and the deterioration is noticeable especially in the bathrooms.

Hotel far from the center of Puno but with a beautiful view of the lake.
Correct rooms. Very pleasant suites. Small but comfortable doubles. Beautiful lake view. Oxygen available for guests.

- • Noise in the hallways. Very remote location: therefore, we had to eat at the hotel where we suffered food poisoning and had to call a doctor.

We had a nice stay. The hotel quickly arranged a taxi for us at a good price, and questions were always promptly answered. The room was nice, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the view was very beautiful. Room service was good, and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was good, although the choice was a bit limited.

- • Unfortunately, some facilities were not available during our stay. We could not use the pool and jacuzzi. We also found it unfortunate that there were no clear opening hours for the shop, making it unclear when it was open. The breakfast buffet was good but offered the same items every day. Having more variety at breakfast would make the stay even more enjoyable.

- • The staff did not have our reservation upon arrival. The on-site restaurant was very expensive for the quality. The pool was cold and tiny. We were planning to use the jacuzzi and sauna, but to our surprise, everything was at an additional cost and required advance booking for them to heat up, a big disappointment.
Excellent for recharging energy and getting away from the city.
