Great location and modern accommodation at a good price.
Very modern facilities in a lovely location. However, would have been better if hot pools were free for guests, rather than just a discount.

Resort is very close to Lake Taupo and all other amenities to make for a pleasant stay

Best for family vacation because the place is so relaxing especially at the hot spring swimming pools 😊

Highly recommended to everyone
From the second we arrived we were greeted with fantastic customer service from Jess, such a wonderful smiley, happy greeting. The facilities are clean and the grounds tidy, the view from our room was exquisite. The walk down to the hot springs was easy for young people but not so much my elderly grandmother (82). The park was enough for our 4yr old and the bouncing pillow.
