- • I have booked Ground Floor premium room and also mentioned in Special Request. They gave me 1st floor room then they shifted us to Ground Floor room. Room Interior is not good especially washroom is bit old.

Excellent stay , great experience, Thanks to the warm hospitality of entire team . Special thanks to Ms Joann for a warm welcome , smooth check inn & checkout and personal care of all our needs . Mr Sunil at the security , welcome in porch always helpful .

Hospitality par excellence!
The checkin was quite unexpected as it got delayed and the staff kept saying 5-10 mins. This was when we were there to celebrate 35th anniversary for parents. Pretty turned into arguments but what followed was one of the best response I have seen. Joann, the duty manager, helped get the room and then in the lounge, planned for what was the the best personalised celebration for parents anniversary with lovely decor, cake cutting, renewing vows and really making it special. Wonder why Taj has the best hospitality. Clearly know how to make up if things haven't gone well. Thanks Joann and team. You guys were excellent!

- • The Staff is rude, careless, ignorant. Specially those sitting at the front desk and the restaurant. You will not feel any warmth from the staff. The staff will ruin this property. I specifically remember Ms Lee at the check out desk, I haven’t faced such cold treatment even at the remote areas hotel, how can this be expected at Taj.
Wonderful 5-Day Stay at Taj Exotica!
We recently spent 5 wonderful days at Taj Exotica and had an amazing experience overall. Exceptional service from the very beginning. The team made our arrival seamless and welcoming. We had a welcome drink ...a beer :) Great room service throughout our stay - always prompt and courteous and even ready for evening turndown service as well. The spa was wonderful - as a family all of us tried both their ayurveda and regular spa. We used their jaccuzi and saunanas well. The beach staff were wonderful and friendly, making our beach time enjoyable. I wish there was a complimentary evening snacks at the beach considering the season. The restaurant team was excellent - great food and wonderful service. One suggestion for improvement: The entertainment area (TT/table tennis) is kept in an awkward location. It would be better placed in a more accessible and central area for guests to enjoy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Taj Exotica for a luxury beach experience in Goa. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation memorable!

An Unforgettable Family Paradise at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa, with my wife and our 2 year old daughter, and it was nothing short of magical. After months of planning (and unfortunate cancellations earlier), this trip finally happened, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a true five-star experience. Even our cab driver was awestruck and remarked, “Sir, this is real five-star!” as we entered the resort.The welcome was warm and heartfelt. We were greeted beautifully at the entrance by Sunil, Shrikant, Bansi, Sovam, and Francisco. Jotham at the front desk, along with Raj and Pearl, made our check-in incredibly smooth and personal. Jotham made all efforts and checked on us for any requirements thereafter. What made it extra special was the lovely live musicians playing as we arrived and a delightful cake-cutting ceremony right at the lobby to celebrate our occasion. The breathtaking views of the gardens, lagoon, and sea instantly put us in vacation mode. Shrikant personally took us on a buggy tour of the resort, which was a lovely introduction to the property. Our room was an absolute stunner - elegantly designed, spacious, and with views that left us completely love-struck. It felt like a perfect sanctuary for our little family. I am missing it already. The dining experience was outstanding, thanks to the wonderful team at the restaurant: Anshika, Ambika, Lincoln, Galdwin, Vishal, Krishna, and Nidhi. In our three days of stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering excellent suggestions and customizing meals, especially keeping our toddler’s preferences in mind. The food was delicious, the desserts were wow-worthy, and the service was always warm and attentive. Such patience, the team is blessed with. Nidhi, thanks again for the Mocktails. The resort itself is a visual treat with pristine beach views, beautifully maintained gardens, and an overall serene atmosphere. The Taj Kids Room was a true blessing; it kept our daughter happily engaged with various activities, giving us some relaxed time as well. Narmin leads various activities.and comforts the parents. I even managed to win two competitions — Full House in Tambola and the Table Tennis tournament — which added an extra layer of fun and excitement to our stay! The wellness centre, I managed for some meditation. Thanks to Rakesh. A very special thank you to Reagan, who played a pivotal role in making this trip possible. After our earlier cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, he reassured us, coordinated everything beautifully, and ensured we experienced the authentic Taj luxury and warmth we had hoped for. It definitely requires right communication and trust in the brand. Taj Exotica Goa didn’t just give us a holiday: it created beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

My experience at Taj
My experience at Taj Exotica this time has been excellent. First, I want to especially commend the Taj Kids team. Their constant dedication to keeping all children safe, engaged, and entertained deserves recognition. A sincere thank you to Sonali Ma’am, Narmin Ma’am, Pallabi Ma’am, Sanvi Ma’am, Ryna Ma’am, and Malvica Ma’am — they were always there to support our activities, keep things fun, and make the overall experience memorable. The sports facilities were also very well maintained. The wide variety of activities on offer made the stay engaging and enjoyable. On the restaurant side, the service was good. While I felt the buffet quality had declined compared to earlier visits, the à la carte dishes were prepared exceptionally well. One area of concern was the uneven surface in the swimming pool, which could pose a slipping hazard. That said, I’d like to thank the lifeguards who were always attentive and quick to help with anything we needed. Aside from these minor points, the experience was fantastic. This ranks among my top stays at Taj, and I’ve been visiting for over 15 years

They happily prepared food according to our little one's taste and preferences, making us feel completely at home. The Taj Kids program deserves special appreciation.
