- • Since i am staying from 1991., rooms have become old and requires immediate Modification / Retrofit Food ( BF ) quality detoriated considerbly. Quality of staff / in services, Banquet, reception guiding young guys is missing

use to be a good hotel
have stayed there many time,s but this time i was put in a room, which could have belonged to a 2 star hotel, in terms of quality and cleanliness. I never knew this beautiful hotel had such strange rooms too. They were booked for a show, so did not have any rooms, last night of my stay they gave me a free upgradation, but i paid for the 1st three days too. its a heritage property, but still they really need to improve in terms of fraying furniture
