Everything, it is not possible to find a flaw in the structure. Very kind, welcoming, friendly and professional staff, the design of the structure (rooms, common areas, spa) is spectacular. The restaurants are excellent. It is not often to find a hotel where I would give 10+++ to everything. Special thanks to our butler Wahyu who could anticipate our every desire or need.

Unbelievable experience. Fabulous facilities and wonderful staff. Indonesia's best-kept secret.
Everything. The staff, the view, the facilities, the rooms are unbelievable. The hotel is at the high end of hotels and is something you would expect to find in Europe.
