- • No plates, cutlery or pots and pans to cook with, no microwave. Evening receptionist completely ignored me whilst waiting at reception which was quite bizarre, after I complained was advised it was due to lack of English speaking ability. Delay waiting for airport pick up even though it was pre arranged.

Fine Airport Service and early check-in. We arrived at 9 o'clock but could immediately go to the room and take a nap. Great breakfast and good pool. Metro a five-minute walk away and a shopping mall with eateries everywhere

I do not recommend the hotel.
Proximity to the airport, availability of airport transfer, which, unfortunately, we could not use - the transfer leaves every hour, but we needed to leave at half past. The hotel staff gave us rolls and milk to take away, as we missed breakfast.

- • The hotel and the room itself were tired. Room cleaning left much to be desired, it is visible that it is only done in the visible area - near the bedside tables and the bed itself, it feels like they haven't been swept (not to mention floor washing) for a very long time. Dusty and dirty. Cleaning in the shower was also questionable. The impression is that the hotel is not going through the best of times. When I wanted to use the shower gel from the branded bottles, the lid of the bottle just flew off and could not be screwed back on, giving the feeling that instead of new genetic belongings, the hotel pours shampoos and gels into bottles that have been used repeatedly. Noisy air conditioner, impossible to sleep with. The hotel is not very responsive to messages through booking

- • The distance from where my husband conducted business was very far from the hotel.
The hotel has a great pool, gym. Excellent breakfasts! The airport transfer service was very convenient. And there is also a self-service laundry (free) for guests - it was very nice to wash clothes after a long journey!
