- • We were warmly welcomed by the doorman, and the check-in team was friendly and professional. Also, when I called the reception, they answered using my name, a detail that I appreciate and reflects the standards of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was seriously affected by the cleanliness level in the room, which was not up to the expected standard for a 5-star hotel, especially for a brand part of Accor. The balcony and balustrade had bird droppings, and I found traces of old cereals in the sink. Additionally, the bathroom at the entrance had no shower gel and shampoo at all. I requested an iron at the reception, it was confirmed that it would be sent, but it never arrived. I believe these aspects are not acceptable for the hotel's level, and I look forward to your response on how you will address this situation. Sincerely, Marius Damian

- • I didn't like that at a 5-star hotel, I had to pay 85 lei per day for parking inside the hotel. I found it abnormal for them to do this, especially in the summer when it was windy in Poiana Brașov and there were very few tourists. I understand this aspect during the winter season.
