We didn’t get a baby cot which made me crazy. But there was a guy at the reception who did his best with various options and suggestions. They moved the bed, added pillows. I believe he deserves a bonus :)

- • Kids playground should be cleaned! And for gods sake buy more baby beds
Super friendly and helpful staff. Felt very welcome and wishes were almost fulfilled before you had them. Great wellness area with very good massage and a pool on the top floor. We also used the laundry service, as our wall covering from the jungle was very dirty. The things came back perfectly clean and folded.

Very Happy Stay
We extended our stay for another three nights. The Reception team continued their excellent hospitality. Aurell from the Front Office deserves special mention. She checked us in efficiently and professionally. She continued her friendly and helpful manner throughout our total 6 nights stay. The Security team also deserved recognition. They assisted us with traffic management when we needed to cross the road, always with our safety in mind. At the same time, the Bellhops, housekeeping and restaurant staff continued to provide the same warm, attentive and helpful service throughout our extended stay. It is this consistency across the different teams that has made our experience so enjoyable and has given us every reason to return.

Great hotel in the center of Yogyakarta
The comfort of the bed, the staff, the pool, the hotel services, breakfast. The kindness of our receptionist Ocha, always with a smile and practicing her Spanish. The kindness and efficiency of the driver who picked us up at the airport and took us to Borobudur.

- • We didn't like the restaurant food that much. The pool glass overlooking the city could be cleaned. It's a bit complicated to walk around, as in all of Indonesia it's better to use transportation.
