The reception staff, we were welcomed with a smile and good hospitality, the staff helped us with our directions during our visit to Trabzon city, the receptionist was very nice and your treatment was very good and tried to help us as much as possible during our stay at the hotel. I was with my family and our stay at the hotel was comfortable, in the room there were coffee and tea supplies, there is a fridge where we put our belongings and a washing machine; the washing machine was very important to us because our stay was long in northern Turkey to clean our clothes. Our stay was six days enjoyable and comfortable. The food is clean and good. Thank you to the perfect staff for your warm welcome and good treatment towards us
